When we started our investment journey the "original" plan was to find a property, flip it and sell. Well. We found the house, and we started the flip but then, I FELL IN LOVE. I know, it was my first flip but the house we ended up purchasing was right across the street and a few houses down from my late grandfather's home right in front of the mountain. I had flown in from Florida to oversee the flip with Isabel who helped me coordinate everything from the contractors to finding the local spots you find good deals. Once I told her I can't sell this house she went into overdrive brainstorming and I'm happy to say we landed on Airbnb and everything is going great! We started looking mid 2023, bought the home in March 2024 and 8 weeks later launched The Beachy Bungalow. Isabel is a driving force behind making my dream of keeping this home a reality. Not only is she the most Awesome REALTOR I know but, also the BEST Airbnb Manager. Thank you Isabel for everything. 10/10!!! AMAZING!!
